  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

2. Perishable Goods Policy (Fresh & Frozen Items)

  • Reporting Window: Any issues with perishable goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: Clear photographic evidence of the issue is mandatory.
  • Resolution: For approved claims, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement of the affected item(s).
  • No Returns: Perishable goods generally cannot be returned once delivered.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (All Categories)

4. Our Multi-Vendor Model & Resolution Process

  • Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for product quality and delivery.
  • Nijazone.com's Role: We mediate disputes and ensure vendors adhere to this policy. If a vendor fails, Nijazone.com will step in to ensure satisfaction.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Perishable items reported outside the 24-hour window or without photographic evidence.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer after delivery.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect order, the customer pays return shipping costs.
  • Nijazone.com/Vendor Responsibility: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return or refund request is approved, please allow:
